Did I really not post anything for Friday? That is so strange...

I know that I didn't eat much. I think I had the soy crisps around break time. I had to run on my lunch so I had a turkey sandwich on multi grain with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and cheese. I had doritos, very small, snack sized bag too.

I had a bridal shower too soon after work so I didn't have dinner. I instead had a sip of a milkshake. Vanilla from McDonald's and gross. I had iced peppermint tea at the shower. I think I had about 4 cups. So yummy!

We had strawberry shortcake for the dessert. Fresh strawberrys and I had only one spoonful of cool whip however I did have two of the little angel food snack cakes you often see in the store.

For dinner I stopped at Safeway and had General Tso's chicken. It is usually really wonderfu and spicy but the batch I had was old I think and tasted like things other than chicken. It was so gross. All I had really wanted was Chai but there was no where on my side of town still open at 9 pm. I could have gone downtown but then I was afraid that I wouldn't want to leave.

Saturday is kind of a blur too.

Cherry lowfat yogurt and a chocolate chip Lego with peanut butter 10 ish
Grilled chicken/bacon ranch salad from McDonald's. It has cheese, tomatoes, carrots, bacon, grilled chicken, cabbage and a good variety of greens. Newman's Own dressing. Yummy. I stole some french fries from Elijah - 1ish.

We then drove to the coast. I had a Kit Kat on the way. I cannot really remember the order but I did have Powerade, lots of water, I had a pepperoni stick, I ate some onion rings and later had a burger on sourdough, cheese included from BK.
I don't think that I had anything more than that but I don't trust myself so much. I do know that I had a lot of water and other beverages and a popsicle when I got home.

I know that I have been craving chocolate like crazy. Probably mental about PMS.

Sunday I had nothing most of the day. I think that it wasn't until 1 when I had some egg foo yong purchased on Friday night. I shared that with Elijah. Neither of us had much of an appetite due to the stifling, still air in our house no matter what we did.

I munched on these Popables snickers. I didn't have too many because they were Scott's. They are smaller than the bite size snickers is all I know.
I had Gatorade and lots of water throughout the day.

Dinner got the best of me since I hadn't eaten much. I was trying to figure out how to cut out any carbs and instead I had an overload. Scott wanted Taco Bell.
I had a steak quesadilla, a crunchy taco, and two double decker taco supremes. For those of you that don't know that is a taco wrapped in a bean burrito essentially. What was I thinking?

I was going to have frosting on graham crackers as it was too hot to bake the cake I had a mix for but I didn't.

Did I mention by the way that Scott left the refridgerator open on Thursday night so we have no staples in our house other than milk. No condiments, eggs, cheese, milk etc. Only cold yogurt and spinach artichoke dip.

Ok so Monday

7:30 - chocolate chip waffle with peanut butter
10:00 - instant oatmeal, made with water as someone through out my milk even though I put the requisite note. Argh!
1:15 - I am readying myself to have a chicken tv dinner as I was running late this morning.

I really need to clean out my refrigerator, buy new groceries and stop running late.

I finished out my day with a veggie chicken sandwich. Grilled style, not breaded. I ate it on wheat bread. I had lettuce, tomato and avocado and cheese.

Elijah and I always munched from a melon bowl. The honeydew was gross. I was sitting on the couch wanting to eat my last piece of peanut butter pie and I caught my reflection. I want out of my body.

I have made a better home for my food log and all things relevant.

What did I have to eat today...

10:30 ish, one serving of soy crips (Ranch flavor)
1:00 pm, lunch was a boneless, skinless buffalo chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. Cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and assorted greens. It is also served with two little wedges of bread.
I think I am finishing my fourth serving of water.

I forgot to take the oatmeal for my normal morning break and no such luck with breakfast. That is a weak point that I really need to work on. It is all part of time management.
